The Scheuchzerstrasse estate was built in 1971-1973 under the direction of architect Max Ziegler Zurich. Between 2013 and 2015 a total renovation was carried out, whereby the existing floor plans were rearranged and extended with a new balcony layer.
70 age-appropriate apartments and rooms for a city kindergarten and after-school care centre were realised. We were allowed to carry out the plasterer works (dry construction and plaster) for this total renovation.
